Mr. Aung Naing, Founder & Chairman of May Yu Trading Co., Ltd. “MAY YU” has been exporting full ranges of Agricultural products i.e. Beans & Pulses, Rice, Spices, Powders from Myanmar and also importing Construction Materials since 1990.

With increasing business needs and in order to penetrate through the global markets, “ MAY YU” has established “Venus International Pte Ltd.” in Singapore in 1992 (Currently known as Indo-Suez Trading Pte Ltd.), as a marketing branch and render quicker services to our valued customers worldwide.

In addition, “MAY YU” also expands their business in Construction, manufacturing Bright Iron Wire Nails, Plain GI, and Corrugated GI under “Lucky Star”Brand, wholesale distributions channel under “May Yu” Hardware Shop at Sawbwargyigone Steel Market in Yangon. And also import Textiles, Spices, Chemicals and Marine Equipment.

Asia Winner Industrial Ltd. (“AWI”) was founded in 1995, where Company expands their investments in Agricultural Products Processing Mills i.e., Beans & Pulses, Spices, Powder, Rice and other commodities, exporting to all over the world under “Asia Winner ”, “Red Ruby” and “Thazin”. Brands and also packed for other Private brand. Furthermore, “MAY YU” started to process & export Marine Products to Middle-East Markets under “Sea King” Brand and other Private Brand.

Mr. Aung Naing, founder & Chairman of May Yu Marine Products Co., Ltd, started exporting Marine Products since 1995 globally. While exploring the natural resources of Myanmar, and identifying global demands for high valued added food products, “MAY YU” established his own Processing Plant in 1999 which is capable of processing "100 MT per day" and storing 4,000 MT of Marine Products.

“MAY YU” continued to diversify and established “Agri Trade International Ltd.” in 2005, importing pharmaceutical products to Myanmar and 12 Branches in every corner of Myanmar. “MAY YU” always had a dream of a healthy nation called Myanmar. In November 2005, the company attached a new feather in its cap by leaping into the field of medicines for the healthcare of its citizens. “MAY YU” have started marketing and distribution of life saving medicines for the people of Myanmar with HQ at Yangon.

“MAY YU” promote and distribute various types of medicines through the branch offices based at all the major cities/towns of the country. “MAY YU” have a door to door distribution channel. At present, “MAY YU” importing different categories of medicines from India, Bangladesh and Korea. Dedicated sales personnel are regularly interacting with the potential Doctors of important hospitals and clinics of Myanmar and successfully serving the ailing patients through their prescriptions. “MAY YU” presently handle over 00 dosage forms including Multi-active Vitamin, Probiotics, Specific Capillary Hemostat and Local Anesthetic Injection.

During that year in Marine section, “MAY YU” started to manufacture local Burmese cuisine products known as Balachong and Dried Fish processing under sun-dried processing and Drying machine processing (For EU Market).

“MAY YU” took over the Rice Mills Factory from Government in 2008 and continued their Export Agricultural Products as well as Process & Export Frozen Meats Products under “Al Ameena” Brand and Frozen Vegetables Products under “Veggie King” Brand and “Fruit King” Brand. “MAY YU” expands their business into Farming i.e. Fisheries, Cows & Goats.

In order to reach out to the local demands and needs in Steel Market, “MAY YU” expands their wholesale distribution channel in South Dagon Steel Market in Yangon, Bawgathiri in Nay Pyi Taw and Kyouttakar in Bago.

“MAY YU” expands their investments in Education, jointly opened Shu Khinn Thar International College in 2010 with Turkish Companies and Local partners.

“MAY YU” expands their investments in Local market in order to penetrate through to the local demands and needs, took over the LPG Cylinder Making Factory from Government in 2012.

“MAY YU” continued their Investments in Mining, Importing Cooking Oil, Hotel Projects, joint ventures with few big companies. Before Opening ceremony Sea Games Myanmar 2013, “MAY YU” & Groups of Shareholder Companies successfully opened “Royal Lotus” Hotel in Nay Pyi Taw.

“MAY YU” continued to fulfil the local demands and needs in Steel Market, established under one stop Construction Materials sales center in South Dagon, Yangon under “Steel Mart” in 2014.

“MAY YU” continue to expand their business into local market especially for modern Trade and General Trade, import & distribute Cooking oil and Food products such as Dry Cake, Biscuits, Juice, Chocolate, etc. and become sole distributor of PRAN and Olympic Brand in Myanmar.

Family Business Group, one of the investors among 9 companies, invest in the Sheraton Hotel Yangon 14^-story Five Stars project, implemented in cooperation with US-based Star Wood Hotels and Resorts Company, is being constructed on a 1.23-acre plot of land with a construction budget of US$60 million, is scheduled to open in 2021.

In 2016, “MAY YU” continue to expand their business into Petrochemical, Import & distribute Paraffin Wax and Bitumen.

In 2018, “MAY YU” continued to diversify their business in Hair care products, successfully manufactured own unique product, Divine Dew Premium Steam Hair Pack in Korea and now distributing in Myanmar market. Last but not least, In 2019, “May Yu” concentrate on traditional Medicine such as Analgesic Balm, Inhaler, Indigenous Medicine, etc and Bath & Kitchen such as Shampoo, Shower, Floor, Dishwash, Handcare Products such as Hand Wash, Hand Sanitizer Gel & Spray, etc.

“MAY YU” is planning to manufacture in food Products, medicine related products, LPG Gas Cylinder & Fire extinguisher and interested to Joint-venture with foreign companies.
